To enlarge our team, we are looking for a full-time Senior Brand Manager / Director Brand (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne as soon as possible.

Duties and responsibilites

  • Take responsibility for the overall brand and communication strategy as well as our brand architecture
  • Manage the development and continuous improvement of the brand identity to build the strongest, most trusted online pharmacy brand in Europe
  • Ensure the excellent execution of the strategy across all countries and channels (including TV)
  • Introduce a new brand name and a new Corporate Identity (CI) across all countries
  • Manage the network of agencies (media, brand, creative) and act as the single point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding brand topics
  • Lead the internal creative team and the production of brand assets
  • Act as a guardian of the CI and brand guidelines
  • Continuously monitor brand KPIs and market insights 

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing and communication, business administration or equivalent vocational degree
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in (digital) brand development and management across commercial functions in a highly competitive and rapidly growing environment
  • Experience in development of TV commercials and online videos
  • Strong leadership personality and already 2+ years’ experience in leading and developing a team
  • Excellent negotiation as well as verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical ability with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong drive for results and delivery of objectives
  • Fluency in German and English

Telephone interview

Trial day
